Purchased and/or free designs from Lyndley Designs are protected under international copyright laws.
It is important to understand that you do not own the software. 
You are only purchasing (or downloading for free) a license to use the software/download in accordance with the following terms:
 
  • Design software MAY NOT be resold (including auctions), leased, rented, copied, duplicated, loaned, shared, transferred or transmitted in any way. You may however make one copy for archival purposes.
 
  • Although the size and color of these designs may be modified, the modified designs may not be distributed as computer files to others.
 
  • The original purchaser only may embroider these designs on personal items and gifts. 
 
  • The original purchaser is also permitted to embroider these designs on items to sell, up to 100 embroidered items of each design for profit.  More than 100 embroidered items is defined as “commercial production” and is strictly prohibited, unless you obtain a specified commercial license from us.
 
Purchaser assumes full responsibility for purchaser’s hardware and data and releases Lyndley Designs from all liability which may arise from their use including but not limited to loss of profit and interruption of business.
 
All images of the designs on this website are copyrighted by Lyndley Designs and may not be used for any purposes.
